What is the Contractor Proposal form for?
A contractor provides all known information including characteristics and cost of the materials and labor necessary for the completion of the project. A contractor guarantees that all material is to be specified and all work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications provided in this form. Any alteration or deviation from the specifications above involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. The Proposal form can be signed by the project owner; In this case, the form is a documented agreement confirms the bill of materials and specification of work to be performed.

This form does not require additional support of other forms. However, if necessary, the contractor may attach to it any documents that deemed necessary.
When is the Contractor Proposal form due?
This document is valid throughout the execution time of the contract. After the signing of the final acceptance certificate (certifying the completion of works and commissioning of the project), this document loses its legal significance. This offer may be withdrawn by the contractor if the contractor has not received a response from the client during the period specified in this proposal.
